Purpose of This Privacy Notice

We are a business that provides a soccer/football predictions data/information service for certain Football League Divisions, based on the output from a specially-written piece of computer software. We need to process certain limited personal data only (and which does not include personal identifiable data) for the lawful purpose of being able to provide those services, and thereby we act as the data controller of such personal data. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use the personal data about you, and we are required under data protection legislation to notify you about this, which is the purpose of this Privacy Notice.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal data of all Registered Members of this website, whether or not that data identifies the individual. Accordingly, in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (the "GDPR"), this Privacy Notice informs you about what personal data we collect, how we collect and store it, and how we use it both while you access the data/information on our website and afterwards (when your membership has expired). It also informs all visitors to our website, whether casual visitors or Registered Members, about the use of cookies and the like in regard to our website.

We have a Privacy Policy in place that requires all our workforce (Directors and staff) to comply with the data protection law as specified by the GDPR, which requires that the personal data we hold about you must be:

• Used lawfully and in a transparent way.
• Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you, and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.
• Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes.
• Accurate and kept up-to-date.
• Retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes we have told you about.
• Kept securely, such that unauthorised access thereto or use thereof is, as far as possible, avoided.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Notice at any time, and we will notify you by email immediately after we have done so.

How We Collect Your Data

The only time that we collect any personal data from you (and then only in a form that does not identify who you are) is when you fill out a registration form in respect of becoming a Registered Member on our website. Our staff are trained NOT to ask for any other personal data and certainly not for any personally sensitive data in any way at any time, neither through the website nor by email. If you are at any time requested by us to supply any personal data that could identify you, please therefore immediately contact our Data Protection Officer (Mr Imran Khan) by sending an email to adminDPO@soccer-predictions.com.

Personal Data We Collect

We do not require, and therefore do not collect, personal identifiable data of any sort from anybody who visits this website, including those who are our Registered Members. By this, we mean that no personal data we collect from you could ever be used to identify who you are or reveal any details about you personally. However, we do collect the following non-identifiable personal data that we need in order to be able to give our Registered Members access to the secured information we provide on this website:

1. The User Name selected by the Registered Member.
2. The Registered Member's email address for the purpose of receiving the confirmation of registration notice sent by AWeber and to allow us to send emails to the Registered Member without being accused of sending unsolicited (spam) emails.
3. A password selected by each Registered Member, which is held by us in encrypted (hashed) form only (comprising 36 characters, unintelligible to anyone at all, but which can of course be deciphered by our encryption program in order to allow you access to our website's data/information after you have logged in).

By registering with us, each Registered Member shall therefore be deemed to have given us express permission to store his/her individual non-identifiable personal data. Further, by your use of this website you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice and the purposes for and the methods by which processing/storage of your personal data is undertaken by us.

Anybody who has a valid Facebook User Account can post Comments on our website via their Facebook User Account; we do not require Facebook users to separately register with us before being allowed to post Comments. Neither do we require any casual visitors to our website to register with us before getting access to any data/information we post that is available to such visitors free of charge.

This Privacy Notice does not cover the privacy policies of other websites that our website may link to, and we therefore encourage all visitors to our website to read the privacy statements on those other websites that are linked to from our website before divulging any personal identifiable information to those other websites.

How We Will Use Your Personal Data

We only need the following personal non-identifiable data from our Registered Members for the following purposes:

• Your password (but we cannot see it; only our website software can decipher the encrypted version we hold) in order to be able to identify you when you log in so that you can then be given access to the data/information restricted for the use of our Registered Members.
• Your email address that you used to register with us, so that (i) we will be able to send you emails containing what we consider is useful/essential information and (ii) you will be able to re-set your password if you have lost/forgotten the original password.

Data Sharing

Any personal data provided to us will be stored on the server of the host provider of our website, namely HostGator. HostGator has appropriate security measures in place to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We will not transfer your personal data beyond HostGator.

We also have to share the data you provide upon registration with us to AWeber, through whom we occasionally send out bulk emails to our Registered Members and who send out confirmation emails after a new Registered Member has registered with us.

In addition, we limit access to your personal data to our employees, who will only process your personal data on our instructions and who are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Personal Data Security Arrangements

You can see the full extent of the personal data particulars we are holding in respect of you immediately after you have successfully logged in (on the “My Account Details” screen which then appears), none of which identifies who you are. If you believe we are holding any wrong information please contact us immediately (at adminDPO@soccer-predictions.com); we will thereafter make any necessary corrections.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the processing of your data is handled employing the highest standards of security and maintaining the integrity of such data at all times. We only use reputable widely-known and highly respected third-party service providers in an effort to ensure that the aims of our Privacy Policy will be upheld and that the privacy of your personal data is safeguarded.

It is our strict policy not to sell or in any other way whatsoever pass on your personal data to any third party that does not have a legal right to such data. Disclosure by us of any of your personal data will only ever be undertaken in accordance with applicable laws. Where any disclosure is purely for statistical use/analysis, such disclosure will not include personal data. Other information will be disclosed only to the extent necessary to comply with the express requirements of authorities having legal power to demand and/or be provided with such information.

If we become aware of any breach of the security of your personal data, then we will notify you by email immediately we become aware of such breach.

Accessing Our Services

Before being allowed access to the current week's predictions information/data, you will be required to enter your password through the "Login" mechanism. You will be required to do this each time you re-enter this website after previously logging out or closing out, or in the event that you have been logged in for too long without action being taken (this requirement is as decided from time to time by our service provider).

Having entered your password correctly, you will then be presented with a screen entitled “My Account Details” which shows your joining date and the number of times you have logged in. Thereafter you will be free to access anywhere on this website without further let or hindrance.

You may update/amend your password at any time when entering the website, once the “My Account Details” screen is displayed; just follow the screen instructions. We can never retrieve your password if you have forgotten/lost it; you will have to re-set the password following the link that will be sent to the email address you supplied to us when you registered with us.

Log Files

Like many other websites, this website makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, number of clicks to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and to gather demographic information (principally through Google Analytics). IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies on this website to allow our website to function properly, and for your ultimate benefit. Without the use of cookies you would not be able to log into our website, because your computer would not be distinguishable from any other computer. Correspondence from emails sent and received are stored in AWeber's system in case it is necessary to refer back at a later date for reference and information purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise the personal data of Registered Members so that it can no longer be associated with them, in which case we may use such information without further notice to them.

Rights of Access, Correction and Deletion of Personal Data

You have the right to:

1. Request access to the personal data we hold in respect of you (but which you can in any case see on the "My Account Details" screen after having logged in).
2. Request correction or deletion of any personal data that we may be holding about you.
3. Object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground.
4. Request the restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal data about you, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it. There may be circumstances where we will still need to process your data for legal or official reasons, and we will inform you if this is the case; but in any case, we will restrict the data to only what is necessary for the purpose of meeting those specific reasons.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights in respect of personal data protection), although we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive or, alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in such circumstances.
